In 2025, the 13th edition of the Yearbook on Vocational Training and the Labor Market was presented, a reference document that analyzes the evolution of vocational education and its relationship with the labor market. Published since 2010, this yearbook provides a detailed view of the state of vocational training in the city of Barcelona, the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB), and the Barcelona Metropolitan Region (RMB).
This year, the study focuses on the trajectory of students after completing secondary education (ESO) to better understand how educational choices align with labor market demands. One of the key highlights of this edition is the introduction of an interactive format that allows users to explore and customize data according to their interests, enabling a more precise analysis of educational and labor trends.
At EPIC, we attended the presentation of this yearbook to gain first-hand insight into the data and trends that may impact our member schools. We believe that such reports are essential for understanding the evolution of vocational training and adapting our educational projects to market needs.
