At Escoles Privades Independents de Catalunya (EPIC), we held a new edition of our educational benchmarking event this Friday, bringing together more than 30 schools and over 80 professionals from the sector. The event, focused on the growing role of artificial intelligence in classrooms, took place at the American School of Barcelona.
During the session, we placed a key question at the center: how should education be transformed in a context where artificial intelligence is already part of the daily lives of students and teachers?
Throughout the day, representatives from educational institutions, academic organizations, and technology companies shared experiences and perspectives on the impact of AI in areas such as the personalization of learning, the development of digital skills, and decision-making within educational institutions.
Among the contributions, we would like to highlight the participation of professionals linked to the American School of Barcelona, ESIC, and Harbour.Space University, as well as experts from Microsoft and Robotix, who provided a practical perspective on the potential of artificial intelligence in educational environments.
The event enabled us to foster discussion, exchange practices, and reflect on the ethical and pedagogical challenges associated with this technological transformation in a context of rapid change.
With this new edition of the benchmarking event, we consolidate this format as a benchmark space for the independent private education sector in Catalonia and reaffirm our commitment to innovation and the generation of shared knowledge among institutions.
