Agora Andorra International School proudly announces that it has obtained official authorization as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP). This recognition places the school within a global network of institutions committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and student-centered international education.
Furthermore, Agora Andorra becomes the only school in the Pyrenees to offer the IB PYP, reinforcing its position as an educational benchmark in the region and providing families with a unique pedagogical proposal of international prestige.
“This authorization is the result of a collective effort that reflects our school’s pedagogical vision and our commitment to an education that inspires, motivates, and prepares students for a constantly changing world,” said Gemma Verdú, PYP Coordinator.
This achievement has been made possible thanks to the dedication of the teaching team, the leadership of the stage and programme directors – Fanny Paradelle, Mireia Cuxart, and Gemma Verdú – and the constant support of families, who actively participated in committees, training sessions, and meetings with the delegation.

With this authorization, Agora Andorra joins the global community of IB World Schools, comprising more than 5,000 institutions across 159 countries, all sharing the mission of developing caring, knowledgeable, and inquisitive young people who strive to create a better world.
